Following a long career in Nursing, I spent many years self employed in a number of industries including Farming, Crayfishing and Hospitality, juggling the demands of small business while raising two great children. I returned to the Corporate sector working full time four years ago as a personal assistant and office manager, only to find I was constantly rushing and juggling to get things done in my personal and business life. Stretched for resources such as time and energy , I played "catch up" all weekend, only to get back on the treadmill and do it all again the next week..
